The AI receptionist for Aussie tradies
Stop missing jobs on the tools
When you can't pick up, Tradiebird does. It answers like a good receptionist, quotes from your own prices, books the job into your Google Calendar with travel time either side, and alerts you the moment there's a real emergency.
Keep your own number. Cancel any time. Set up in about 10 minutes.
How it works
Set up before smoko
No new phone, no new number to give out. Tradiebird sits behind the number your customers already have.
Sign up and set your prices
Start from a ready-made price list for your trade and tweak it. Hourly ranges, fixed prices, or "we'll quote on site".
Divert your missed calls
Tradiebird gives you your own number and the codes to dial. Calls you don't answer in 20 seconds go to Tradiebird.
Get jobs, not voicemails
Booked jobs land in your calendar and ping your phone. Everything else waits in the app, ready to call back.
What Tradiebird does
Like a receptionist who never takes a sickie
Quotes from your prices
Tradiebird only ever quotes what's in your price book, word for word. Big jobs get booked in for you to quote on site.
Books into your calendar
It checks your Google Calendar, keeps travel time free either side of every job, and gets the name, address and mobile before it books.
Emergencies don't wait
Burst pipes, no power, gas smells: Tradiebird gives safety advice and alerts you straight away. On Pro, it puts the caller through to you too, with the alert first so you know what's coming.
Nobody slips away
Callers who hang up get a friendly text with your number. Sales calls get politely shown the door. Every call is in the app with a summary, transcript and recording.
What voicemail costs you
Every missed call is a job for someone else
Most callers who hit voicemail just ring the next tradie on Google. Slide to your numbers and see what Tradiebird could win back.
Right now voicemail is costing you about $3,500 a month.

Questions
Fair questions
Will callers know it's not a person?
Yes. Tradiebird says up front that it's an AI receptionist and that the call is recorded. Tradies tell us customers don't mind: they mind getting voicemail.
Do I keep my own number?
Yes. You divert the calls you don't answer to your Tradiebird number, using a code on your phone. Customers keep ringing the number they already have. Undo it any time with another code.
What if it gets a price wrong?
Tradiebird can only say prices that are in your price book, and you can see exactly what it'll say for each job before any caller does. Anything not in there, it tells the caller you'll confirm.
Which calendars does it work with?
Google Calendar today. Tradiebird reads your own events so it never double-books you, and adds its jobs with the address, phone number and what was quoted.
Is there a contract?
No. It's month to month after your 14-day free trial. Change plans or cancel from the app.
